NYC's infamous and secretive
DeeDee along with Montreal's
Station16 Gallery are taking over the Lower East Side of Manhattan for one weekend only to showcase the newest originals and three prints based on DeeDee's work from the streets.
DeeDee describes the work in the exhibition as “In my head, every day is Halloween. My art is the mask I hide behind. The Day Is My Enemy shows how I prefer to live at night. The night is also my mask and hides me as I do what I do”.
Three prints reasonably prices at $150.00 each (all are signed and numbered editions of 17) will be available for purchase on a first come first served basis (so get there early!).
Additionally loads of originals created in a collage style incorporating rock posters/adverts found on the streets of NYC in an array of sizes are also available at reasonable price points.
Not to be missed!
